The center is located in Little Rock's 12th street corridor.
It stands as a hub for people ages 16 to 30 who need help with employment, mentoring, and other educational opportunities.
Young adults can come here to get help with resumes and learn interviewing and networking skills.
"This is truly a terrific moment for the community. I am encouraged and inspired by the vision of what this is going to do for the young people, especially young people who may not have had that first chance of opportunity in school or in the community," says St. Rep. Warick Sabin.
Other programs at the center will include individual and family counseling and a GED preparation program.
