Conway Police: 4-Year-Old Kidnapping Victim Found Safely

(UPDATE 4:53 p.m.): 
CONWAY, AR -  Conway Police are reporting that the suspected kidnappers are in Forrest City Police custody and 4-year-old Brighton Gibbs has been found safely. She is being taken back to Conway.

(UPDATE 4:00 p.m.):
CONWAY, AR - Conway Police originally reported via Twitter that the kidnapping victim had been found and that the kidnappers were in police custody. However Conway Police are now reporting there was a mix up at the Lonoke County Jail where the dad and grandfather had turned themselves in today. Conway Police say they left the Lonoke County Jail and were not arrested.

CONWAY, AR - Conway Police have reported that 4-year-old Brighton Gibbs has been found safely.  Her father Nakia Gibbs and grandfather Johnny Gibbs are in police custody

CONWAY, AR - Police are looking for a 4-year-old kidnapping victim.

The little girl is identified as Brighton Gibbs.

The Conway Police Department says she was taken from the city this morning by her non-custodial parent (father) Nakia Gibbs and his father Johnny Gibbs. 

They were last seen in a tan Mercury Grand Marquis with 22-inch chrome wheels. The vehicle's license number is 519 SHM.
