LITTLE ROCK, AR -- Arkansas State Police have confirmed the arrest of a man wanted for alleged Capital Murder and Aggravated Robbery in Brinkley.
29-year-old Dustin Heath Burrow was taken into custody qround 7:00 a.m. in Fort Collins, Colorado.
Shortly after 4:00 a.m., Colorado Highway Patrol Troopers located an abandoned pick-up truck along Interstate 25.
The truck matched the description of one driven by Burrow following the Thursday murder and robbery.
Burrow is charged in connection with the murder of his father, Carl Lynn Burrow, 62, of Brinkley and the robbery at gunpoint of his grandmother, Vaudean Burrow, 91, also of Brinkley.
Monroe County authorities discovered the body of Carl Burrow Thursday afternoon near a barn on the Burrow property west of Brinkley.
Special Agents of the Arkansas State Police Criminal Investigation Division are en route to Fort Collins and will be present for an extradition hearing as quickly as one can be scheduled.

MONROE COUNTY, AR - Arkansas State Police Special Agents investigating the Burrow murder and robbery near Brinkley have recovered security camera pictures of Dustin Heath Burrow at a Brinkley bank on Thursday.
The pictures show Burrow cashing a check shortly after he is believed to have fled from his family’s home.
Family members tell FOX16 news Burrow has mental health issues and has medication. They and police don't know where he could be, but this family tragedy is shaking up the close knit community of Brinkley. People are mourning Carl Burrow's death, a man they describe as a loving father.
"He was just a salt of the earth. He was just the kind of guy you could trust. I mean he was just a great guy," says Landon Hood, friend.
According to the Stuttgart Daily Leader, Dustin's family reported him missing in May, but found him and called off the search. The article quotes the Stuttgart Assistant Police Chief saying Dustin suffers from mental disability.
MONROE COUNTY, AR - Police are searching for Dustin Heath Burrow, 29, of Brinkley who they say is charged with capital murder for the shooting death of his father, Carl Lynn Burrow, 62 also of Brinkley.
Special Agents of the Arkansas State Police Criminal Investigation Division are investigating the murder that happened in Monroe County outside of Carl Burrow's home on Thursday.
The Monroe County Sheriff’s Department contacted State Police at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday as they began a search for Dustin Burrow.
Police discovered Carl Burrow’s body in a barn on the Burrow property.
Along with capital murder police have also charged Burrow with aggravated robbery for the robbery at gunpoint of his grandmother, Vaudean Burrow.
Arkansas State Police and other law enforcement agencies are searching for Burrow who may be driving a 2007 year-model Chevrolet brown pick-up truck, with Arkansas license plate, 534 KTB.
Police describe Dustin Burrow being 5' 7" tall, weighing 160 pounds, with brown hair, and blue eyes.
Anyone who may see Burrow or know his whereabouts should contact the nearest Arkansas State Police office or their local law enforcement agency.
