LITTLE ROCK, AR - A 16-year Troy Sanders plead not guilty in court on Wednesday and got a $1.5 million bond.
According to a LPRD report, Sanders and another accomplice surprised three Arby's employees as they closed up at the 15510 location of Chenal Parkway, holding them hostage for two hours and fired a shot at one of the employees.

LITTLE ROCK, AR - A 16-year old facing a dozen felony charges will make his first court appearance on Wednesday.
Little Rock Police say it will charge the juvenile as an adult when he appears.
Pulaski County jail records indicate the suspect is Troy Sanders, 16, of Little Rock.
According to a LPRD report released over the weekend, Sanders and another accomplice surprised three Arby's employees as they closed up at the 15510 location of Chenal Parkway.
The report says Sanders and another suspect held the employees against their will for two hours and one of them fired a shot near the head of the assistant manager.
According to the report, the two then stole the manager's car and wrecked it head on with another vehicle in the 13000 block of Chenal.
Sanders ran from the scene of the accident and was later arrested. A second juvenile suspect sustained life threatening injuries in the accident and remains in the hospital late Tuesday, police say.
Sanders is being held as an adult in the Pulaski County Detention Center on a dozen felonies including four counts of aggravated robbery, three counts each of theft and kidnapping, along with one count each of fleeing and leaving the scene of an accident.
