Update (Feb. 26):
TEXARKANA, AR - The Texarkana Police Department (TPD) has released new details on a Tuesday afternoon shooting incident that left one man dead.
The TPD said today that two other men were also injured in the incident but had left the scene before police arrived.
The man whose body was found inside a home in the 2800 block of Locust St. is identified as DeMarquis Reeves, 25.
While investigating the incident, police say a second 911 call reporting a shooting victim dispatched officers to a home on Ashley St. on the Texas side of the city.
That's where they found Devin White, 21, with gunshot wounds and had him taken to the hospital. His current condition isn't known.
Police soon determined that White had been injured at the scene on Locust St. and that a third man had also been shot there. He is identified as Anthony King, 21. Police say he showed up at a local hospital a few hours after the incident. There are no further details on his condition.
The TPD says it believes this is an isolated incident where all people involved have been in an ongoing dispute.
Arrests are expected as the investigation continues.
