EAST ARKANSAS - Traffic is still crawling on east Arkansas interstates.

The Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) says via Twitter this morning that I-40 eastbound between Forrest City and Memphis is moving slowly and there are longer delays on I-40 westbound.

Meanwhile, the AHTD says I-55 remains ice covered and traffic is moving slowly. There are longer delays on the interstate as drivers get closer to West Memphis.

Traffic on I-55 has been backed up from West Memphis to the Missouri state line since Monday night.

Neighborhood streets in Marion (Crittenden County - see attached photos) are reported to be still covered in ice this morning.
