LITTLE ROCK, AR - A Fayetteville man has cashed a scratchoff ticket worth $100,000.

James R. Riley won the big bucks by playing the $5 "Sizzlin' 7's" game.

The lucky winner bought the ticket at the North Street Mini Mart in Fayetteville.

Arkansas Scholarship Lottery officials say Riley told them he's planning on paying off some bills with his winnings.
