PARAGOULD, AR (KNWA) - A former Rogers OBGYN has pleaded not guilty to video voyeurism charges.

Dr. Paul Becton had been practicing in Paragould when he was arrested and accused of taking nude photos of a patient during an exam without her knowledge.

Investigators say a search of Becton's cell phone and Paragould office in April, uncovered evidence supporting the patient's claims.

Becton was arrested in Newport and faces charges of video voyeurism.

Earlier this week he pleaded not guilty to the charges. Becton's next court date is set for September 15th.
