Hot Springs Man is $225K Natural State Jackpot Winner
LITTLE ROCK, AR - A Hot Springs man is the newest big winner of the Natural State Jackpot game.
Timothy Perrine won $225,000 when he matched all five numbers in Monday night's drawing.
The odds of matching 4 of the 5 numbers drawn are just 1 in 3,387, according to the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery.
When claiming his prize, Perrine told lottery officials he is planning to invest a bit of the prize and save the rest.
Perrine's winning ticket was sold at the Discount Tobacco location on Albert Pike in Hot Springs.
The Natural State Jackpot is $35,000 for tonight's draw.
In other lottery news, the Mega Millions jackpot for the 4th of July is $20 million and Powerball's jackpot for Saturday night is now $101 million.
