LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The initial round of high school football state championship games is set! If you can't make it to War Memorial Stadium to see them in person, you'll be able to watch them live on television in Central Arkansas and Northwest Arkansas.
For the third-straight year, Nexstar Broadcasting and Fearless Friday will combine efforts with Fidelity Communications Local 6 to air the Centennial Bank State Football Championships.
The six games will be broadcast in Central Arkansas on CW Arkansas. Viewers in Northwest Arkansas can watch Friday night's 6A Championship game live on Fox24 and Saturday's 7A Championship live on KNWA-TV.
The following championship games will be aired beginning Friday, December 1:
- Friday, December 1, 7:00 p.m. – 6A State Championship (Pine Bluff vs. Greenwood)
- Saturday, December 2, 12:00 p.m. – 7A State Championship (Bentonville vs. North Little Rock)
- Saturday, December 2, 6:30 p.m. - 5A State Championship (McClellan vs. Pulaski Academy)
The game broadcasts will feature Fox16 personalities including sports director Wess Moore, Ben Creighton, and Jay Bir. You can watch Bir and Fearless Friday's Lanny Beavers analyze the 7A Championship in the video above. Their 6A and 5A championship segments are available in the Fearless Underground sections of FearlessFriday.com.
Fearless Friday will also present championship games for the weekend of December 9 and 10.
