Body Found Inside Burning Car in Blytheville

BLYTHEVILLE, Ark. - Police are investigating after a body is found inside a burning car behind a home.

The fire was reported around 2 p.m. Monday in the backyard area of a home in the 700 block of Lindy Street.

The body was discovered inside the vehicle as firefighters were putting out the fire.

The unidentified body is being sent to the Arkansas State Medical Examiner’s Office for cause of death and identification.
