Boy, 12, Survives Shooting in North Little Rock

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - A 12-year-old boy is recovering from a gunshot wound as police look for several suspects.

The North Little Rock Police Department (NLRPD) says the incident happened around 3:45 p.m. Sunday in the 1800 block of W. 36th Street.

The NLRPD says it was reported that a black Toyota Camry pulled up in front of a house and that several black males got out and started shooting at the victim. 

Police say the boy was taken to Arkansas Children's Hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.
