FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KNWA) - A Centerton man wanted in a deadly drunken crash in Rogers back in September has been taken into custody.
The Rogers Police Department says Mitchell C. Ramsey, 23, faces charges of negligent homicide, reckless driving, driving while license cancelled, failure to stop, parole violation and more.
Police say Ramsey was involved in a crash on Sept. 28 at North 13th St. and West Persimmon St. that left a man identified as William Dudzieski dead. The crash took place around 4:05 p.m.
According to authorities, a blood test later revealed Ramsey had a blood alcohol content of .201 and tested negative for drugs.
The warrant for his arrest was issued on Oct. 31. His next court date is scheduled for Dec. 15.
