Kidnapped at Gunpoint in LR, Woman Forced to Drive to ATM

Police say it happened in parking lot of Walmart store at 700 S. Bowman Road

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - A North Little Rock woman has lost her money and car to a pair of thieves in a kidnapping, robbery and carjacking early Friday in West Little Rock.

Police have released photos of two men sought in the incident that began shortly before 4 a.m. on the parking lot of a Walmart store at 700 S. Bowman Road.

According to a Little Rock Police Department report, the 28-year-old said the suspects armed with handguns approached her as she sat in her car before going inside to work and forced her to drive to a bank ATM on Chenal Parkway and withdraw money.

After taking her money, the suspects had the woman return to the Walmart parking lot and drive around because they told her they were looking for another vehicle. Soon after they told her to get out and drove away in her vehicle. The woman said one of the men told her "you can call me Trey."

Police say it's believed the suspects got to the Walmart store in a vehicle and they've also released a photo of that vehicle (see below). It's described as a possibly newer dark grey Nissan Sentra with possible out of state license plates.

The photos of the suspects were taken from surveillance cameras inside the store, according to the LRPD report.
