BOULDER, Colorado -  The Boulder Police Department is asking for help from certain communities throughout the country - including Conway, Arkansas - where they believe possible remains of a murdered woman may have been distributed.

Police have identified the missing woman as Ashley Mead, 25.

Police have arrested Adam Densmore, the father of Mead's child, and charged him with First Degree Murder in her death.

They believe Mead was killed in Boulder, and that her body was at least partially dismembered just outside of Shreveport, Louisiana. They say they believe her body was then distributed and discarded in various cities or communities that her killer passed through after her death...

One of these cities Densmore is said to have passed through is Conway, Arkansas.

Police say partial human remains were found in a dumpster in Okmulgee, Oklahoma, and investigators have tentatively identified the remains as Mead, based on an autopsy report.

The exact travel route Densmore took after Mead's murder is still under investigation, but police believe the trip took place from Feb. 12 - Feb. 15.

It's believed that on the evening of Feb. 12, Densmore left Boulder and traveled south to Raton, New Mexico. He then continued south and east through the Texas panhandle before arriving in Haughton, Louisiana on the evening of Feb. 13. On the morning of Feb. 14, it's believed that Densmore drove to Conway, Arkansas where he spent the night. On the morning of Feb. 15, he left Conway, Arkansas and stopped in Okmulgee, Oklahoma before being caught and arrested just west of Tulsa, Oklahoma at around 1:30 p.m.

It is believed that a portion of Mead’s body could be in a purple suitcase. If anyone sees a suitcase placed in an odd location, they are asked not to touch it and to contact their local police department immediately.

Mead and her daughter, Winter, were reported missing on Feb. 14, after Mead did not show up for work.

On Feb. 15, Winter was found unharmed with her father. She was placed in the temporary care of Child Protective Services in Oklahoma.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Ashley Mead is asked to contact the Boulder Police Department at (303) 441-1974. Those who have information but wish to remain anonymous may contact the Northern Colorado Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
