Teen Arrested in November 2016 Little Rock Murder

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - A North Little Rock teen has been arrested in a November 2016 deadly shooting outside a local car detail shop.

The Little Rock Police Department says Corey Williams, Jr., 19, was arrested on Hyacinth Street in North Little Rock early Thursday morning.

Williams is accused in the death of Harvel "Todd" Sieber murder, 47, at the Hines Detail Shop on E. Capitol Avenue Nov. 15, 2016.

He is being held at the Pulaski County Jail without bond on charges of Capital Murder, Aggravated Robbery, and Battery.

A large reward had been offered for information leading to an arrest in the case.

The LRPD says other arrests are anticipated in the case.
