Update: Pine Bluff Homicide Suspect in Custody

Update (December 4): 

Homicide suspect Deontrick Clark, 20, was taken into custody on Monday for the murder of William Oglesby. Police say Oglesby was killed at 29th and Hickory on Nov. 8 in Pine Bluff. 

Officials say Clark will be booked into the Jefferson County Jail for first degree murder. 

PINE BLUFF, Ark. - The victim of a Wednesday morning homicide has been identified.

The Pine Bluff Police Department says the man found shot dead inside a car along W. 29th St. was Willie Oglesby, Jr., 29.

PINE BLUFF, Ark. - A man has been found shot dead inside a car.

The Pine Bluff Police Department (PBPD) says officers were called to the scene around 1:15 a.m. Wednesday in the 1700 block of W. 29th St. near the intersection with Hazel Street.

That's where they found the victim inside a Dodge Charger that was stopped in the roadway.

The PBPD is not yet releasing the man's name pending notification of family.
