LITTLE ROCK, AR – Two people died in an accident Thursday morning when the car they were driving was hit by a deer that was hit by another car.
According to the accident report, Glenn and Margaret Johnson were driving southbound on Highway 27 in Nashville, AR. A car driving northbound hit a deer, and that deer flew through the window of the Johnson’s car.
The report says the Johnsons lost control of their car, ran off the road, and hit a building. Both were pronounced dead at the scene.
Two children riding in the car, an 8-year-old and a 10-year-old, were injured in the crash. The report says one was taken to Nashville Memorial, the other was taken to Children’s Hospital in Little Rock.
