2013 Little Rock Marathon Winners: Mark Chepses, Hellen Rotich

Both are natives of Kenya who now live in the U.S., they won the men's and women's divisions of the race Sunday morning.

For the third time in a row, Mark Chepses has won the Little Rock Marathon - Men's Division.

Chepses, a native of Kenya, finished at 2:19:46, a little earlier than his 2012 LR Marathon winning time of 2:29:42.

His 2011 LR Marathon winning time was 2:24:07. 

The winner of the marathon's women's division is Hellen Rotich, also a native of Kenya, who attended Harding University in Searcy.

In the Half Marathon, former Razorback runner Josphat Boit, another native of Kenya, won the men's division.

Jennifer Harpel of Conway won the women's division of the Half Marathon with a time of 1:26:54.
