28 dead cats found in house fire, 11 others injured

The Garland County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a house fire where 28 cats were found dead. Another 11 cats were found injured and were taken to a veterinarian.

Send this person to jail for 5 years for each cat that died. For people who don't care for their animals should pay the price. Their is no reason this should have happened.
