Three hotels in central Arkansas are robbed in less than an hour and police say by the same man.

It started at the Days Inn by the Little Rock airport around 7:15 Sunday night. Surveillance video shows the robber wearing a black hoodie and gold-colored rag over his face walking into the lobby, putting a silver gun on the counter and demanding cash.

Then, about 30 minutes later, police say he robbed the La Quinta Inn in North Little Rock on McCain Boulevard. After the robber left the La Quinta police tell us the clerk followed him out, and the gunman fired two shots in the air. No one was hurt, but the robber still had one more stop.

Police say the man robbed the Holiday Inn Presidential on 6th street in downtown Little Rock just after 8pm. "We know he had a vehicle because he got to these points very quickly, possibly somebody driving him or somebody waiting outside for him," says Lt. Terry Hastings, Little Rock Police Department.

All three hotels sit right off the interstate. "All of these had very easy access to and from the highway that's probably the reason he chose them. I'm sure he's probably been involved in other robberies, and when we catch him and we will, we will look into that," says Hastings.

If you have any information, call the Little Rock or North Little Rock police departments.
