$50,000 offered for solution to stop robocalls

Between the robocalls and the calls I get for some bum named Freddie Tankersly, I rarely answer my phone anymore. If an out of state number comes up, that i don't recognize, I don't answer. If any of you have any tips on how to stop the calls looking for Freddie Tankersly, I'm willing to listen. I can always tell when a new group of bad debts have been purchsed by collection agency, because the calls will start up with a vengence. If I get tired of my phone ringing and answer and explain a few times, then they will stop, at least for a while. Any ideas?

Stop answering the phone, problem solved, where's my money?

I feel sure the solution they pick will work. We have technology that can kill terrorist without them even knowing we are near yet we still put troops on the ground to fight them. Satellite that can send images supposedly of the Moon,Mars, you neighborhood and illegal crossing the border and they offer something like this. I guess when you can't fgure out how to keep illegals out a reward is the nex best thing. I have a solution. Fire everyone that is with the FTC right now and put people in there that can do the job. I also have a solution to help border agents. Burn off all the brush that is along the border, tear down all the unoccupied houses, they lay land mines. They will eventually catch on to what we are trying to tell them.
