ASP warns drivers of delays on Interstate 40 west

Officials are warning Fourth of July travelers to avoid traveling west on parts of Interstate 40 — unless they want to sit in a traffic jam.

Yes, the geniuses at the Ark. Highway Department have had just HOW many years now to get this road fixed? What's that phrase about lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on mine? One more reason NOT to travel to Memphis...although there are many others.
