LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - A federal agent says a Pope County doctor facing weapons charges is the prime suspect in a car bombing that injured the head of the state Medical Board.

David Oliver, a special agent with the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, made the comment Monday in a detention hearing for Sangeeta Mann, the wife of indicted Dr. Randeep Mann.

In a new indictment filed last week, Sangeeta Mann is accused of trying to obstruct investigators. Randeep Mann was arrested after city workers outside London, Ark., found a plastic-wrapped canister containing high-explosive grenades.

Randeep Mann faces no charges in the February bombing that injured Dr. Trent Pierce.
