LITTLE ROCK, AR – An ambulance and a school bus were involved in an accident in Pine Bluff Wednesday evening.

Pine Bluff Police say an ambulance with EASI rear-ended a vehicle that was stopped behind a school bus at Highway 65 and Green Meadows Drive. The rear-ended vehicle was then pushed into the school bus. Police say it was letting out children when the accident occurred.

The driver of the car stopped behind the school bus had to be taken to the hospital. Police say that none of the kids in the bus were transported to the hospital.

It is not known if the ambulance had its lights and sirens on at the time of the accident.
