Ark. bill would take away rapists' parental rights

An Arkansas lawmaker is proposing that the state prohibit convicted rapists from having any custody or visitation rights of children conceived during rape.

I also thought that particular situation would be the norm. What do you expect from a legislature that makes it illegal to kill a snake though? I guess the law against killing snakes kind of protects our government officials though! LOL

I (naively) already figured this was the case! I fully agree that fathers of children born from a rape (committed by said father) shouldn't have any parental rights.
