But police say he's the one who killed the city's well-known tattoo artist, Bobby Galbraith, and his two young stepdaughters, Marley and Adiele, on Thursday night.
The girls' mother found her daughters and her husband dead.
"At this time we're not going to get into the specifics about what led us to this young man; however, we've sustained enough evidence to have a warrant issued for capital murder," Clark County Sheriff Jason Watson said last night.
Although a motive is unknown, we do know police found Lizana at the Walnut Square Apartments. Neighbors said they found him at a friend's house.
"The guy that they picked up, no one even suspected him. We didn't know who he was," Maritta Lock said.
Lock said she knew of Lizana because he and her brother were once friends. She never would have associated him with this murder.
"And then being a kid, well, not a kid, but a younger guy is the last thing I suspected," Lock said.
Friends of the Galbraith family say they hope his wife can get some peace out of this. The murder has not only torn up the family, but the entire city.
"There's no reason why this family should have been slayed in their own home. He wasn't a drug dealer. He wasn't a thug. He wasn't out here every night. He was home with his children and wife," Summer Johnson said.
