A 37-year-old man from Bauxite has died from the H1N1 virus. County health officials say the victim apparently had no prior health conditions or pre-existing illnesses.
Pulaski County Coroner Garland Camper says Jeffrey Rollison tested positive for swine flu on November seventh. Rollison died four days later on November 11th at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock.
So far 18 people died after getting swine flu in Arkansas. The
CDC says the swine flu is taking its toll on the U.S.
"For April through October 17, we estimate that 22 million people have become ill from pandemic influenza. We estimate 98,000 people have been hospitalized so far through October 17," says Admiral Anne Schuchat.

Barham says already thousands of pregnant women and children have gotten the swine flu shot.
Also this week schools around arkansas will have flu shot clinics. Monday, students at Holy Souls private school in Pulaski County get vaccinated.
