I agree with @bigdaddyme77 I purchased 62 of the 'whole lotta 100's at one time and only won $64. That was my breaking point! ARKANSAS LOTTERY IS A RIP-OFF

how would the retailers know whether it's a winner or not? I thought you had to scratch off the stuff where the bar code is in order for it to scan..Not sure how retailers could be marking them if that's the only way to know whether or not they're winning tickets..But I guess where there's a will, there's a way.

the whole lot of em are crooked ... the odds of winning any money is astronomical .. the "whole lota 100s" tickets have a 1 in 754 (or close to that) average of winning the $100 prize ... ever since this new guy has taken over the odds have gotten alot worse on all the cards ... you can buy 20 of the same card and not hit a single winner even for break even which is supposed to be approximatly 1 in 3.24 ... im done with Arkansas Lottery tickets .. its a con for big proffits

I think the all of the games should be reviewed to insure the these problems does not occur again. Can someone from the Lottery Commission explain why some retailers sell these tickets in reverse order, if ticket #000 is first, why is #014, #159, #0259, etc is being sold first?
