LITTLE ROCK, AR - Who cares if there's a little drizzle here and there? The Arkansas State Fair has arrived with all the food, fun and games Arkansans have been waiting for all year long.

FOX16's Dustin Barnes was out at the fairgrounds taking in all the sights, sounds - and food!

I thought about going to the Fair, But I figured my families safety was more important and I didnt want to pay a deductible for a stolen or vadilized car.
