Butch, you make sense in your comment. We the voting public are the ones that hire these lawmakers, judges and so forth. Unfortunately there are people that when it comes to voting, simply vote straight down the party ticket. They do not take the time to research the candidates. I have never voted for the party, I vote for the candidate. I have sent numerous letters, e-mails etc. to local and national politicians, and it is hard to find a single one to give a rats ass about this, much less send a reply to your e-mail. I send a email and a letter once a week to Gov. Beebe and 7 others about the hold up on the lethal injection lawsuit. Been doing this for a long time, cant get an honest answer out of them. But I will keep on until something is done about it or they tell me to truck off.

How hard would it be for your children to be killed.. and she had to see them like that.. and he husband as well.. thanking God that the baby is ok but its so sad how someone could kill anyone especially children. They was just starting their lives and someone ended it and now their mother has to know her babies wont live out their lives.. praying for the family and friends

The problem is the cheap people you vote in. Not most of the people or all the people of Arkansas. Legislators are in charge of writing and forming laws. Get them off the gas makers and on the job. Put the blame where it belongs. Call yours and see what he aims to do to fix it. If he hasn't got a good answer vote for someone that does. To tell the truth all peoples rights are protected by they way they take care of the convicted. You might be next. I'll bet you will want your rights protected. It's a shame the people don't know their rights or when and how to use them. A thing that a convict has over on the biggest portion of the population. I agree with all someone said but also with a little more added. Weak justice coupled with weak politicians along with weak ignorant voters that don't investigate who they vote for. Educating voters is the root of the problem. With strong educated voters voting,calling,E-mailing the people in office justice will get closer to right.

Layla, I agree that he deserves capital punishment. However, Arkansas does not have a set big enough to cerry it out. They are to concerned it may violate a convicted murderers rights than they care about carrying out a sentence. Weak justice coupled with weak politicians will never resolve any of this.

How horrible! So glad he is off the streets. I can't even imagine how dark his soul is to do this to anyone, let alone children. Do away with him, the world will be a much better place without him.

He deserves capital punishment and not by injection. Glad he was caught and my prayers are with the surviving family and friends.
