NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — North Little Rock police say they'vemade an arrest in the shooting death of a man found in his car.
Detectives have arrested 62-year-old William Phillips of North Little Rock in the death Sunday of 62-year-old John Baugh.
Sgt.Terry Kuykendall says Baugh was found dead behind the wheel of his carafter another motorists called police to report the car had driven offthe road.
Details of the shooting — including a possible motive — have not been released.
