LITTLE ROCK, AR - As Tropical Depression Isaac makes its way out of the state, it leaves behind flooding and power outages.

Tommy Jackson, spokesperson for Arkansas Department of Emergency Management, tells FOX16 that it appears the hardest hit area is Dallas County. Jackson said there is some flash flooding in Dallas County and trees down on roads and power lines.

About 12,000 are without power in central Arkansas according to Entergy spokesperson Julie Munsell. She tells FOX16 that Pulaski and Dallas counties are their hardest hits and they have people out right now working to restore power to Entergy customers.

Munsell says that around 5:30am this Friday morning was the peak time where 18,000 people were without power. Most residents will have power back by Friday night, according to Munsell, but everyone should have power by this weekend.
