I haven't eaten at a Backyard burger in years. Their prices were rather high for what you get. You can go to five guys or a casual dining restaurant and get better food for roughly the same price. I think that is why KFC is losing customers too. Prices at Sonic are pretty high as well. I usually go to Rally's or Burger King when I want a burger.

Too much competition with places like David's, Five Guys, and Big Orange serving killer burgers with excellent service

I work downtown and visit the Broadway location occasionally. There was a time that I didn't care to go there, because the employees were so rude. However, on my last several visits I did notice a huge change in the employees. They were so friendly and helpful. I'm so sorry they have lost their jobs. I hope they find something else real soon.

Obamanomics strikes again. Yet you wait, next week Arkansas will say unemployment is down again.

Poor food quality at the NLR Lakewood location. Too bad, as I used to love a good BYB!

Poor service, dirty, rude, unprofessional, sub-human employees at the company restaurants. If you want the business you put your best out front and keep the Igors in the back.
