I don't give a ratz azz what branch of the state government the money comes from....PRIORITIES ARE SO BAD WHEN WE NEED MORE PRISON BEDS, NOT 100 OR 200,,,TRY 5000. That might cut down on the crime in Little Rock. WE NEED THIS TITLE I MONEY REPLACED? BUT....WE ARE GETTING A NEW RED WHITE AND BLUE BRIDGE WITH HISTORICAL FACTS WRITTEN ON IT. why not get our priorities in order first. Show Washington how it is done....be able to hit the top safest cities in the USA
