Wow! I could be locked up for life! When I run into my "brothers", we grab right hands, chest bump, and slap each other on the back! We are committing crimes and didn't even know it!

Slapped him on the back. Really? Why can't we use common sense anymore when trying to determine if a crime was really committed???

Yeah, she slapped him on the back-RIGHT! (sarcasm) Where's the rest of the story? Could it be that she was praising him for a good job? Next thing you know, the coaches will be charged with battery when they show their players that they did a good job by fist-bumping their shoulder pads. Teachers are always under a huge microscope! It's ridiculous how much they put up with just to teach. For the age group she is teaching (middle school) those are the worst-aged kids to try to communicate with. Those kids think they are better and smarter than teachers, parents and anyone else in authority. Just ask a policeman. I wish this teacher luck and prayers that she is exonerated and the little dude that accused her is made to pay.
