I know of one that has been in prison 4 times already for this; his last stint was for 12 years, he was out in less than 3, and I'm sure he's back up to his old tricks. Hanging around other ex-cons, making and selling the garbage; it's all he knows. He can't read or write, so he can't get a real job. wpsark - it's everyone's business; they steal from honest folk that work for what they have!
