well it would be one thing if it had happened when he was a minor but he stole something and got caught at the age of 22. 22 yr olds should know better than to take something that does not belong to them. Imagine what else he stole that he actually got away with. Doesn't a public office registration form ask about past criminal history ? Apparently he wasn't honest about it in the first place so that should be grounds for his dismissal or resignation...

The only difference between him and most politicians is his criminal activity took place before he took office. He has a criminal past, they have a criminal future.

That is what I've been telling people all the time. Be sure of who you vote for. Do the homework. It's partly his fault for not knowing the law, but also some blame has to go to the voters. Background checks are easy to do these days. Anyone that fails to have all the facts out there and votes is probably letting their community down. Something the Clark County prosecutor doesn't seem to want to do. Must be a pretty good old boy though. He sure found enough foolish voters to put him in office.

listen up TIRED, Had we known about all this at election time do you think he would have been voted in office?????SERIOUSLY...we have a great community,,no one in Caddo Valley asked for this except one person and thats the MAYOR....so dont even be blaming the people of Caddo Valley ...we trusted him, we didnt know he had lied about anything, we know now..better late than never I suppose..but now "THE MAYOR" is the one who needs to think of the community and do whats right for the people who did vote him into office,we trust he will do that, but then we trusted him before and look where we are now...........

Well I'll be. You mean if I were convicted of 3 or 4 class Y's or equal with a bunch of C's and such thrown in I couldn't run for or hold office. Guess there goes all my plans. That's just unfair.
