Car chase ends in fiery accident

A man is in jail after a police a chase ended with a crash into a fuel pump.

Perry County deputies say they were chasing the supect on Highway 10 near Williams Junction store.  Officials say the suspect ran into a fuel pump at the store causing it to explode and catching a home next to it on fire.

The suspect was checked out by MEMS and then arrested at the scene.  No injuries were reported from the crash.
