The million dollar question (no pun intended) is were the tickets defective before they arrived at the store or did someone at teh store alter them?

I agree with Enchanted- these defective scratch off tickets never should have made it on the stands at Raceway. Tickets should have been destroyed. Lottery Commission should be investigated by LR Police Unit.

Swflyer, Looks like you're the one with "race" issues. No one has said anything about race. Please, spare us any more of your comments. Please. No, seriously.... please. Now, on to address a relevant (and quite frankly, more intelligent) comment... Enchanted, I wholeheartedly agree with you. There definitely need to be some improvements in rules and also oversight.

I've worked the Lottery in many states, it seems the regulations in those states are so much more strict than here. Also, a game can be pulled it there is something wrong with it. That's what should have happened in this case. The clerks are not at fault here. Oh I forgot, this is AR and somebody always has their fingers in a pot to rip off the public and the clerks are fired. Raceway should be shut down completely and their lottery priviledges pulled. Who ever set up the rules governing the lottery in AR is at fault. The game should never have arrived at Raceway if it was defective, fire the person who let the game leave the warehouse. This is twice in one week the lottery has made negative news. If the lottery can't be governed in a legal way shut it down. Make AR could get some tips from other states on how to operate the Lottery System. You don't hear of these type of things happening with the Lottery in other states. Oh I forgot, the powers that be here in this state think they know it all: Hot stuff on a stick HA Just a coffee ground on a splinter!!!
