Comcast: Service to be restored in the coming days

Comcast says customers who lost service in the Christmas Day Storm should have it restored in the coming days.
LITTLE ROCK, AR – Comcast says customers who lost service in the Christmas Day Storm should have it restored in the coming days.

Rob Ponto, a spokesperson for Comcast, says that less than 1% of their customers in Little Rock and surrounding areas are still without service. Ponto says they have crews working around the clock repair damage from the storm.

Anyone who has had their power restored but still does not have Comcast service is asked to call 800-934-6489. Ponto says Comcast will work directly with customers to issue credits from the outage on a “case-by-case basis.”
