LITTLE ROCK, AR – Comcast says customers who lost service in the Christmas Day Storm should have it restored in the coming days.

Rob Ponto, a spokesperson for Comcast, says that less than 1% of their customers in Little Rock and surrounding areas are still without service. Ponto says they have crews working around the clock repair damage from the storm.

Anyone who has had their power restored but still does not have Comcast service is asked to call 800-934-6489. Ponto says Comcast will work directly with customers to issue credits from the outage on a “case-by-case basis.”

Comcast is going to issue credit on a "case by case" basis. LOL Good luck with that Comcast customers. I know they won't give me credit for the 2 days we were without cable; that's just the way they operate. Greedy slobs they are.

I bet it's more than 1% now - 1/3/12. A quick check of family and friends, shows it is out from the Ranch to the Heights. Knightrock
