LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Members of Arkansas' congressional delegation say Congress has passed a measure that renames a post office in Little Rock for the late Sid McMath.

The delegation says the post office on Capitol Avenue in downtown Little Rock will be designated the Sidney "Sid" Sanders McMath Post Office building. The Senate approved the measure this week and the House passed it on Dec. 20.

McMath served as a U.S. Marine during World War II, earning the Silver Star and Legion of Merit. He served as Arkansas governor from 1949 to 1953.

McMath died in 2003 at the age of 91.

Way to go boys. Just another show of wasted time that could have been used to work on more pressing and urgent problems.
