Some families are taking advantage of one of the biggest consignment sales of the year. The
Rhea Lana's Children's Consignment Sale starts Wednesday at 9 a.m. You can get a back to school wardrobe and more, without putting a major strain on your budget.
Filling a cart full of brand new items could be any family's financial nightmare. But thanks to Rhea Lana Children's Consignment Sale, back to school shopping doesn't have to be such a strain.
"Alot of times the money they make co-signing, they spend that same amount of money purchasing new things and so they break even," says founder Rhea Lana Riner.
"I would not get nearly the amount of clothing for my children if it wasn't for this sale," says shopper Kim Cleveland.
Seven month old Alison is an only child and her Mom appreciates the deals.
"Every time a consignment sale rolls around, I'm able to sell the things she's outgrown and it pays for the new stuff that we get. Basically, all her old stuff is paying for the new stuff," says shopper Natalie Bonner.
The sale includes items for infants, all the way up to teens.
Doors open Wednesday morning at 9 a.m. at the Old Linens and Things on Bowman in west Little Rock. On Friday and Saturday, all items will be half-off.
