LITTLE ROCK, AR – A Faulkner County jury found Richard Conte guilty on two counts of capital murder in the 2002 shooting deaths of Carter Elliot and Timothy Robertson.

Conte served 9 years of a 15-year sentence in a Nevada Prison for kidnapping his ex-wife Lark Gathright-Elliott, who also happens to be the ex-wife of Carter Elliot.

Days before his release, the prosecuting attorney filed murder charges and extradited Conte to Arkansas.
