The same judge also conspired to substitute a person in my personal injury lawsuit. The defendant was substituted to let the county, city and state avoid litigation, as the degendant who showed at a closed hearing was not the person I tslked to at the scene of the accident. Sam Braswell vs Jennifer Mahaffey was illegally dismissed for my not being able to climb three floors stairs. I filed a persons with disabilities act an the Justice zDepartment sat on the complaint then writing me after the courthouse was fitted with sn elevator, to tjen say my complaint no longer had merit and denying my ability to have my case dismissal overturned. CROOKED GOVERNMENT BANKRUPTED AND DISABLED ME..

They should charge the other companies that turned in bids that were aware of this. Either way, this so called elected official should be forced to repay every dime and serve hard time. But, this is Arkansas, it wont happen.

A crooked judge! Who would have thought? I imagine if they dug deep enough, they could indict every judge in the US.
