CONWAY, AR - Jury selection is underway in the murder trial of Dr. Richard Conte.

Faulkner County Prosecutor Cody Hiland says it should take two days to seat a jury.

Conte is accussed of killing 48-year-old Carter Elliott and 25-year-old Timothy Robinson.

Conte served 9 years of a 15 year sentence in a Nevada prison for the kidnapping of his ex-wife Lark Gathright-Elliott. She is also the ex-wife of Carter Elliott.

Seems to me the ol' boy has a problem with people rejecting him. He was found guilty of kidnapping, did time (should have done it all, but I'm dreaming on that) and now he kills two people. He is a well deserving candidate for the death penalty, and one that needs to be carried out.
