LITTLE ROCK, AR - Despite the rain-soaked conditions Sunday morning, hundreds participated in sunrise services across Central Arkansas.

The popular Little Rock sunrise service was moved to the River Market pavilions in an effort to keep people dry.  Services started at 7 a.m.   Fox16's Donna Terrell took part in the event.

Choirs from Philander Smith, North Little Rock High School, and Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church took part.

On the other side of the river, dozens flocked to the North Little Rock community service.

For the most part, participants were able to stay dry during the services with the rain letting up momentarily.
