Elkins man charged with lottery fraud

An Elkins man has been arrested on allegations of stealing Arkansas Lottery tickets from a liquor store and trying to redeem them for cash.

I'll bet you an adult over 21 went to the liquor store and stole them while getting his beer. Found this young innocent 18 year old while getting gas. Told him he was the attendant and he had a sale on these tickets. Sadly the young man bought them. HE IS INNOCENT. INNOCENT I SAY. It's a shame the drunk got away. What is America doing to stop these criminals from running wild and corrupting our youth.

Savage says he had bought the tickets at a gas station,well lets see,someone at the gas station stole then put them in the bin and resold them,this nut is nothing but a thief and a lier,low life ,and skum of the earth,lock him up,but I bet he will get little time for this and be out in know time doing this again.

Attention all idiots............ Lottery rickets have a UNIQUE serial code on each lottery ticket that is traceable to point of purchase. You cannot steal them, it is like a VIN number on a car.
