LITTLE ROCK, AR-- Saturday, Entergy Arkansas opened several customer information centers to help people affected by the Christmas Day storm.

Donna Tate hasn't had heat in her Rivercrest Drive home since December 25.

"It has been cold, trust me. We don't have a fireplace and we are all electric," said Tate.

The company telling customers, like Tate, power should be restored by Tuesday. Workers are using the center to get that message out and also the internet.

"With social media, we are able to do that much better than what we have ever been. That's been a big help this particular event," said spokeswoman Julie Munsell.

"But customers still like talking to you face to face. They want someone to give them an answer to their question and that's what we are here to do,"
